Oppidan Homes worked closely with this family to find a block that suited their needs. The clients wanted to have aturn key approach and entrusted the site selection, design and construction (through to pool and landscaping design plus installation) to Oppidan.
This spacious four-bedroom Pymble home was made use of a northerly aspect and Oppidan inspected numerous blocks of that nature before the final selection was made. A key feature of the design brief was that as many rooms as possible benefit from light and sun provided by the south entry and north-facing orientation of the block.
The home has been custom designed to follow the contours of the block and accommodate four children ranging in age from pre-school to high-school. It is spacious and sunlit.
Storage space, large rooms, internal access and seperate zones for specific activities were all high on the list of requirements.
